Very well done... It's much harder to stay off the vino than it is to drag yourself down to the gym... For every glass you avoid, I'll avoid one too...

Well that counts as 6 then as that's how many I would have had last night Had a great nights sleep after falling asleep early. Possibly due to being off the caffeine tabs. I don't mind being sleepy at night as I've got the energy in the day Tried legs again today. Took it gently in case the groin pain returned but so far it seems fine. Stuck to leg press, smith lunges and SLDL. If all's w.ell, I need to try abs again in case thats the trigger 7.45 whey and glutamine 8.30 gym 8.50 CV 10.15 porridge with whey 12.45 mackerel with rice and spinach 3.30 whey and raisins 3.45 CV 7.30 prawns and veg

Another good long nights sleep last night. I even had a little lie in as I was going out for my long walk with Mum and my sister today. I was a little naughty but not too bad at lunch as it was my sisters birthday so we went to a nice brasserie for lunch instead of our usual tea room . Been worse on not eating in time if anything and certainly not enough for evening meal but I just wasn't hungry 8.30 up 8.45 porridge 10.15 2 hour walk 1.00 bowl of muscles (shell variety), chicken breast and veg 7.00 rice cakes and cottage cheese

Maybe not enough to eat no but I think it's more important to catch up on your sleep so you can motivate yourself and eat at teh right times while remaining rellllaaaaxed...

I nearly did that last night i was sooo hungry. I told my husband not to let me back downstairs as im sure i wouldn't of eaten anything healthy. Whats a pro-desert? Im guessing its some kind of protien healthy dessert, do you have the recepie? It's 6:40am and i woke up as hungry as i went to sleep im doing cardio at 9am so im gonna have yoghurt for breakfast as i cant wait and go on empty stomach. I plan to do cardio twice today, 20 min each as the bebefits are suspossed to better if you break it down into to shorter sesions. Anyway glad to see your still on it, keep up the good work x

Well I'm a little miffed today as the scales show I've ptu a lb on I've been racking my brains and for once I've done all CV sessions, can't think of anything OTT with the diet other than not eating on schedule. I can only put it down to coming off the caffeine tabs and being on that funny time of the month but the latter's finished now so I'd have thought that was not the culprit. Oh well, I'll just have to keep convincing myself I've done nothing wrong, head down and get on with it. Problem is it already put me off my morning CV, I've done 30 mins but nowhere near as sparking as I like to be I have to add that my waist does feel smaller and hubbie commented when he came home last night (been away all week), I said I was not on target for losing but he said I was defo thinner) Yesterday 8am W&G 8.45 gym (back : deadlifts, pull ups and low pulley row) 9.45 CV 10.50 oats, whey, raisins 12.30 chicken salad with small amount of pasta 2.30 half pro dessert 4.40 whey and raisins 5 CV 7 turkey breast, loads of veg and 90g cooked rice

You never know, you might just have a funny metabolism where it only comes off once every two weeks but in greater amounts... If you know you're doing everything right try not to stress too much... Are you drinking enough water?

Ah, that was the other thing I was going to say, my water intake has not been as good this week as last week. Thanks for reminding me.

Mine neither... What harm does this do in terms of preparation... Karen keeps forcing water down me, which I'm sure I would do more readily if I understood why... I always forget to ask. Is it to stop me retaining water?

It does stop you retaining, it also helps get rid of the cellulite (well the appearance of it anyway), it does also help to keep your metabolism fired up but is not the sole thing for it

LOL flick My water intake is back up today Hi Steph, still with it, not quite on the overall target but I have given myself a strict 2 week target. It's only 2 weeks and I'm sure I can last . The comp is on 15th July and I still have 2.5 stone that I'd like to lose
