CG pulldowns: 2x8x65kg, 8x60kg
DB Bicep curls: 5x5x14kg
Did the best part of the Limber 11 stretch routine to try to free up my legs and had a gentle cycle.
Having a frustrating week waiting for job applications so pushed myself a little further on the deadlift today and I'm pleased to have hit 120kg today.
