Using A Weight Gain Supplement whilst in cycle? 18 March 2010 14:58 (permalink)
[size=4 font="times new roman"]Hello guys just wondered what your take was on this.  Im planning on running a 6 week cycle of Dbol.  I dont normally have time to eat as well as I should and I know to get the best out of the cycle in need to eat right and have the right ammount of calories.  I was thinking of taking one serving of mammoth mass per day which would give me 2500 extra good calories to work with.  Does this sound like a good idea please?  Of course I will be having my normal meals and my normal protein.

    better coming from food mate, you need to make time to eat good

    you sure "mammoth mass" is good calories?

    why not make your own shakes/bars? fruit, eggs, peanut butter, whey, oats (not all mixed)

        [size=4 font="times new roman"]Thanks guys.  Im almost certain that its good calories and matt I dont really have a diet at the moment and to be honest im not that good at sticking to them.  I tend to eat and eat normally but ive just started a new job so will be limited really to 3 meals a day, thats why i though if i could have a mammoth shake and a few proteins with some oats mixed in through out the day it would effectively give me 5-6 meals a day.  The food i eat normally though is not as good as it could be and i know im not going to be getting the maximum out of my cycle as i could be.  I tend to have weetabix, Jordans country crisp, oats, toast, shreded wheat for breakfast but its my dinner that lets me down, ive normally got ham sandwiches, crisps, salad, eggs, A fray bentos pie lol, Basically just general lunch items.  Im switching to tuna and things like that.  Cereal bars during the day or a nutri grain.  For tea im not usually hungry but I try to eats something but normally its something quick and easy which i know is not always good.
        [size=4 font="times new roman"]
        [size=4 font="times new roman"]I will be the first one to admit that before i head into anything i need to sort out a good diet and i will to a certain extent but this is my first cycle and im trying to work out whats best for me.

              Dont bother with the cycle until the diet is sorted mate, complete waste otherwise. I find diet very hard to sort but what i do is make small changes and over time it becomes habbit and routine. Factor in the cheat cals at the weekend and it gets easier. STAY OFF THE CRISPS! :P that's 120-150 cals you need to burn off extra! like 20 mins on the stepper. If it helps visualise what you need to do to work off the cals in what you eat. Sure helps me. I look at the sweets when I get my paper in the morning then think 'i'll enjoy not having to do an extra 20 mins cardio more than I will enjoy eating that mars bar!'

                Lol you are right but me and chocolate bars feel like we are made for each other, and i feel like im cheating on them with the pies.  Ive just mentioned to tap out that for my course i will have everything in place ready, speaking with a few of you guys gets me thinking if your going to do the job you may aswell do it right.  Im hoping then once im used to the new way of eating i can stick to it.  I will be more inclined to stick to it during the cycle because of the money invested and time so im hoping i can use that to show me the way

                  Yeah it's easy to lose abit of motivation when not on cycle. But so long as your maintaining the lean mass you gained while losing fat, a quick look in the mirror will be all the motivation you need. It's a mental battle more than anything. My motto is 'Small changes eventually lead to BIG results!' I don't think some people realise how hard changing diet is for some people. But it's the key in hitting goals. I find if I prep most of my food for the week on a sunday or at the least the night before each day and stick it in tuppaware boxes it's not too hard to grab a quick 5 mins to get the extra few meals in.

                    Thats exactly what i was thinking of doing.  Cooking up some beef heart and some pasta the night before and putting it in a tub for work.  its lovely cold.  Thank you for the advice, now i need to implement a few changes

                      i read ur PM so wont reply to ur comment on here
                      but on a serious note taking dianabol or any type of steroid is just a waste if your not dieting as well as you could

                      you could organise things abit more and cook a few hundred grams of pasta the night before work or woteva u do, a few cans of tuna - ryvitas - eggs, all basic and easy to carry
