The Valhalla strength facility in Devon will be hosting a show of strength for charity. This will be held on paignton green in SW Devon on Saturday August 13th as part of the yearly regatta celebrations. The events list will be basically as shown below. All proceeds will go to aid the Motor Neurone disease association. Prizes for 1st 2nd 3rd places up to the value of £500. I myself will compete, but just for fun, my placing/points wont count overall!

Starting at around 10:30. Competitors to arrive at 10am to check in etc

Events:

1. coach pull (14 tonnes)
2. Yoke race (340kg)
3. Log for reps (120kg)
4. Medley (tyre flip, car flip, stone carry and load)
5. Circus dumbell for reps (70kg)
6. Lorry tyre partial deadlift last man standing (350kg start)
7. Atlas stone load for reps (155kg)
