Very simple smoothie recipe. - 15 October 2009 16:09 ( #1 )
250 ml pineapple juice
250 ml low fat natural youghurt
2 teaspoons canderel
160g frozen summer fruits

Blitz together in a blender until smooth. Run it through a sieve if you want rid of the seeds and serve. Lovely, and about 125 calories per glass. Also 1.5 servings of your daily 5 a day.
