Hey Guys, Thought I'll start a thread =)
I'm about 11st 2-3Ibs, 19 Years old, 5 '7,
Background;
I started the Gym about 2 months ago, Did a month of some basic weight lifting, without a program. I started at 10st so I've got my eating sorted. I had a 3 week break over christmas due traveling and what not, The gym I was at was really basic so now moved to Ironworx in Leicester.
Started the Stronglift program,
Will be going monday,wednesday and friday after work becuase it's on the estate I work at.

Didnt go Monday, Was still sore so I rested instead
11/1/12
My legs were will sore so didn't train them

Overhead press 30Kgs 5/4/3/0/0
Deadlifts Kgs 0
- Did some Barbell Curls felt bad of lack of training
I will be going today, I legs feel better so will be doing Squats, Bench press and Barbell rows.
I will need to try harder on my barbell rows form, My back was hurting while doing, so I'll be more careful this time
I will post more on saturday, maybe a picture too and you'll see I'm kinda small.
Having an Indain tonight, mates birthday meal, maybe a few drinks.
