I have just purchased both of these products in unflavoured powder I was just wondering what is the best way of flavouring these. And would 40grams of vitargo and 20 grams of peptopro be addiquate for my PWO shake.

IMO that is the deluxe of PWO shakes. The amounts you're described really depend on your goals and umpteen other factors and is not possible to comment on. Flavouring?! Man up and neck it!

I'm not to sure about necking it though I have heard hydrosolates are rancid.

I can barely stomach Vitargo with MP Berry Blast... it just tastes to heavy. I can't really explain the taste, it's like nothing I've tasted before! My throat closes itself as soon as it touches my tongue, trying to drink it is like a mini workout in itself!
