Don't worry mate, you'll grow into your age eventually! I am getting closer! I still look a bit older than I am but the gap is getting smaller

Not sure about poundstone hes good but there is better he cant even pick up the last stone in the qualifier. Shaw is the one to win in a couple of years, Darren did get a rough deal dont think its good on the stones to do them so high,Pudz looks like he is just going over the hill i think not his usual self ethier some good younger lads coming forward good to see. It was good to see the brits winning all the squat and deadlift events good to watch hopefully next time do it all in one week not spread it out

It was a bad year for pudz i know everyone is saying hes over the hill or looked like he didnt want it this year but he still came second which is an amazing achievment still, this year there was a few events that didnt favour him pudz is normally more of an endurance strongman rather than a static one IMO, just need to see if he comes back year completely focused and ready like in 2007 like you said simean there is some very strong young lads coming through now ive always rated kevin nee quite high but seemed to struggle this year with the bicep injury

It was never going to be Pudz's year, he had surgery in April and had not done much in the way of comps leading up to WSM. To be at the level he was is an impressive feat in its self. I think he also had an eye on MMA, where he now plans to stay I think. I think the field at WSM 09 was the strongest it has ever been, with several guys capable of winning events. Really good comp
