I never trained before and want to start going to the gym to get hench.
A little background first, I have lost quite a lot of weight a few months back and now my skin is all nasty and saggy, i want to train to fill the loose skin.
Should I go on a keto diet since i probs have quite a high bodyfat percentage or just the normal diet for gaining muscles (carbs)?
I am 5" 9, 16~ stones and Asian.

p.s. im an ex smoker too, i kicked my 8 year 20 a day habbit back in june.
