Ditto with the one cap ; my tolerance increased after a while so opted for two...I'm pretty safe at this level! Good for morning HIIT!

This might sound like a bit of a gormless question, but what are they used for?

Are they taken on a cutting cycle?

And if they are, how do you manage to get enough protein inside you to stop losing muscle if you've no appetite?

Hi all just wanted to share my experience with blaze taking 2 a day 1 at 06:00 the next around 13:00ish
Day 1- happy feeling all day loads of energy
Day 2-not as good as day one but still pretty happy
Day 3- quick buzz but followed shortly after with terrible anxiety and seemed to be angry for around 6 hours

Not overly keen on trying 2 again tomrw .... Certainly weird tabs

I bought a sample pack from BBW and tried one before training last night.
Definately improved my workout as i was knackered after a hard day at work. A few hours later my head was still buzzing and was feeling extremely alert!
For me they felt much the same as taking Ephedrine but without the 'come down' after
