Anyway, all you've got to do is download a program called Sopcast
You can get it from here: http://www.sopcast.org/

Then, if you want the specific football and general sports program listings, you go to http://www.rojadirecta.com and click on the Sopcast link.

Useful if you fancy staying in for the game and haven't got Sky. You can even watch the 3 o'clock games which aren't on normal tv...as well as cricket, rugby etc

Mate it definitely works, i've been using it for ages. A couple of the links on that website can be dodgy, but the prem games and major sporting events nearly always work. The quality is pretty good to, and the commentary is in English.

Mate, i always use the links on the rojadirecta page, next to the 'true 1' or whichever channel. Makes it easier since the channels on Sopcast itself don't make much sense.
Just click on the links next to the channels while a game is on, the site will ask you to 'load application' if Sopcast isn't already on -otherwise the game should just start streaming.
I hardly use Sopcast itself to navigate at all.

takes me like 30 seconds then its fine, getting no buffering throughout, its ok quality on full screen, ill see how it looks on my 40 inch screen tomorroe when liverpool are on

i use sopcast quite a bit to watch west ham games, i reccomend it its better than the other programs i have tried

No mate, 12 mins in 0-0. Sopcast is hit and miss most times, there are many more sites you can use though. I hate the way Sopcast cuts out during the games at times.
