Water Retention question....

Hi fellas. Probably a silly question but slightly confused. I hear a lot of talk about this water retention sides. Am I right in thinking the more water I drink the more I will retain? At the minute I'm drinking shed loads every day as I have started my first cycle but now I am worried about the ammount I am drinking is too high and I may start retaining it all.... Replies would be greatly appreciated

the more water you drink the more you flush out so the less you retain what you retain isnt related to how much you drink, but drinking more will help to flush it out, so drinking alot of water is a good idea
i believe with a healthy active lifestyle and some good knowledge and aas/peps use etc that you can live a longer stronger better life. main interests: physique conditioning, bbj, muay thai.

As Stone14 said. The reason you retain water if you don't drink enough is your body will hang onto what comes it's way as it doesn't know when it'll get any more.
