Waxy Maize Starch pre + post work out on a cut

As it says realy, would this be ok in a whey shake pre work out and instead of dextrose post, whey and maze from bbw. per 70g serving k cals 259 carbs 68.8g fat 0g potassium 140mg fibre 63mg With l-glut and createin

I would not take this Pre Workout or any high carb drink personally - especially on a cut. Instead pre workout opt for BCAAs and then post workout (assuming you have atleast one more feed before bed) a small to moderate carb intake now this can be waxy maize of maltodextrin etc (not a dextrose fan myself to sickly) and tbh I do not think waxy maize warrants the cost over straight forward maltodextrin (bad sales there!). I would opt for 10-15g BCAAs pre/intra workout and then a post workout shake with approx 30g whey isolate and 25g carb and then follow with a decent meal about 45-60 minutes later with approx 30-50g protein and 30-40g carbs and 15g fat. Rest of the day keeping carbs under 30g per sitting. Just my take without knowing size or calorie goals etc.
