Weetabix (US guy here) 17 May 2007 04:23 (permalink)
I live in the US and I don't believe we have Weetabix over here (US is gay). Just curious what the contents are....not necassarily all of the indgredients, just a brief overview of calories/carbs. I was reading Toxic's mass gaining article and would like to know a good substitute for 2-3 weetabix. I appreciate any help..
Taste doesn't build muscle.
