I'll post my stats up soon, weight loss 84.4kg to 77.2kgs I'll get the rest up in due course.
My apologies for the ****e lighting had a nightmare with the camera!!

Looks like you,ve made some good progress there mate, ill have another look when the comparison pics are done, good effort!

well I added the pics in time just took me 20mins to try and figure out how to change the thread name, and I still don't know if I have succeded lol, I suppose I'll find out when I click post message!!
