Got bored so took some progress pics.

Can't see a massive difference, certainly can't see where the 1/2 stone has gone and where the inch loss has come off but I didn't check the before poses properly so not the best comparison.

Will have to study the before pics very carefully before taking my end ones to make sure they match ... and dip myself in gravy browning !
