Fi, I'm doing ok.. had a blip last week but back on it this week

Yesterday I wore a pair of training bottoms I haven't worn in about a year because they gave me a muffin top and now they fit perfectly. Today I wore a pair of trousers to work that I haven't worn in god knows how long because they've been too tight and now they're slightly loose... feels good

God isn't that a good feeling, it's soooooooo satisfying.  Beats stepping on the scales any day!!

I've made some good progress but could have done much better if there hadn't have been some personal issues going on - both mine and Desmo's training has pretty much gone to pot over the last 6-8 weeks. We have stuck to the diet though.

So where do I go from here ?

I'm now in James' capable hands and I'm starting my prep for next year. Short term goal is to drop more fat and then we'll be working on adding some muscle.

Oh, and I also need to learn how to pose better

Fi, I found a marvelous tan ! St Tropez everyday airbrush... Desmo sprayed me on Wednesday night and it only took 5 mins

It's about £15 a bottle but I reckon I've only got enough left to do my legs so not exactly cheap but good for special occasions

I am sooooooo resisting the temptation to isolate the last part of the 2nd line and let the innuendo fly.......

I knew i had seen those plug sockets before......
