Funny, I was actually gonna quote Welshy's training post and say that I'm looking to follow something along those lines, starting this week! Following Kitty's recommendation for a 2 day split I'd like to give it a try. Really wanting to drop the weights right down but have been so inconsistent through most of this year I kinda need to start afresh.
Not likely to get a journal out of me, couldn't handle the scrutiny from you guys

But yep I'll be popping in here to see how it's going Welshy and may even add my own little sly post and let you know if I finally get back on track.
