Great to meet another woman ... I have a very long way to go! But I will keep trying. I certainly won't get anywhere doing nothing! Liz was really friendly and helpful..thanks Liz!

hey it was good to meet you, and like i said, it got me off my butt when i wouldnt have bothered training otherwise.

hopefully you can make it to one of our FABBA friday workouts! Might be an idea to have a read of chrissies journal first so you're prepared for her loon-iousity LOL
