yeah im back in gym tomorro..
it shall be legs!
back squat workin up to a max set of 3 reps! so there will be many 3 rep sets before that..
140x3,145x3,150x3,155x3,160x3,165x3,170x3.. will look somethin like that anyway!
will probs add in either a rest paused set of front squats or a 20 repper set.
will also be doin some lower back stuff like hyperextensions and will add in some lunges and abs and oblique work! should be a good session i hope! day off uni again tomorro so will have plenty of time t get my 'focus' on! haha
think even with this more strength oriented approach from now on i will stick with day on day off etc.. although i may go t gym on thrusday too and then sat.. so somethin like, mon, weds, thurs, sat, then the same again! so everythin gets hit definately once a wk!
