clean mate, cycling carbs doing some cardio and will have a cheat.  Doing a DC routine at the moment and really getting into it.

Don't believe in all that dirty bulking stuff - why gain a load of s**t weight that just makes dieting harder

Having said that I have just had a huuuge piece of chocolate fudge cake with ice cream but tomorrow mornings cardio will take care of that ;)  think this superdrol may be kicking in - got that 'heavy' lethargic feeling I get on d'bol and my lower back is aching a bit- or it may just be a figment of my imagination

theyre the sides i get mate.. lethargy and lower back pains... increased BP too, so i get a lot of head aches from it.. all worth it tho for the gains..

as with the cake, i did yesterday mate.. feelin it a bit today too.. think its made me hold a fair bit of water overnight and today too.. had about 500g of beef burgers, bout the same in chicken and prawns, and about 500 g of choc fudge brownie cake too, plus 4 huge slices of pizzza and lots of eggs.. so yesterday was an all out attack on the waist line..
tomorro will be good tho.. :-0

Other than a name change, simples, I like.

Training etc going well, then, enjoying the course, no problems?

Please tell me so I don't have to read over the last 4 pages

Re:2009 MRM- TESTify.. - 18 May 2009 21:56
so today-

bench-
160x5 --- woop woop!!!!!
145x7
145x7

incline-
127.5x5
120x5, dropset to 90kx3

hammer strength chest press-
40x10 *3 --- went lighter on these as i felt a slight twinge in my left tri on the bench :-( so went for slow deep reps on this, felt great..

cable crossovers- FST-7
25x10 *7

facepulls-
56x12
63x12
70x11+1

rear delt DB raise-FSt-7
10kx10 *7

smith shrugs-
90kx12*3

hammer strength shrugs- FSt-7
50k each arm, x10 *7

awesome session.. felt very strong, massive PB on the bench, never even attempted the weight before and i got a good solid 5 reps out.. so, very happy!!

need t start loggin my weights in my little book again as i keep forgettin what i did on shrugs and facepulls etc the wk before.. all felt great today tho.. not so bothered about weight on those as just makin sure i hit the targetted muscle right..

haha.. cheers dude!!
yeh its progressin nicely and im veery happy...
i want the front squattin t start t progress as quick to tho, and it hasnt yet. weight is goin up, but slowly.. and god knows im hittin them balls t the wall too im lovin the front squats at the moment..

in case u dint see it before DV ive upped my dose a bit now too, the SD has finished so i have compensated by increasin dosage slghtly of the test to 250 every 5 days.. not a big jump but i really dont think its needed at the moment..

but mirror wise im really happy with what im seein, my delts are really startin t cap off, quads are lookin bigger and more detailed, hammies are startin t hang a bit to which is great.. all is well so far.. just a tad warm now and again :-( haha

Yeah, I keep my courses for the winter now, can't handle it in the summer. 250 E5D sounds fine mate. You can probably hold it there thru-out now. How long in and how long left now?

Re:2009 MRM- TESTify.. - 18 May 2009 22:24
:-) cheers guys..

DV- about 6 1/2 -7 wks in now i think, just ordered another 5 amps of cido which leaves me with 9, which should be about right.. another 5 ish wks at 250 every 5 days...lookin forward to it.. i think a lot of the early progress was the SD, it really is a great little med.. so now that has stoped i felt a slight increase would serve quite nicely.. and it seems to be :-)

think im happy with most really is i dont seem to have added any fat, my cals havent been high at all, some wks below maintenance t be honest, just been tinkering to make sure i stay relatively lean, but my face has slimed out a bit too (not that it was fat) but when i drop fat that is the first place i notice it go from.. so im really happy so far.. dont wanna ever come off :-)...... EVER!! haha..

cheers dude..
it was actually a mis count, i was supposed to be goin for 157.5 tonight, but loaded the bar and got it completely wrong.. we loked at it, counted it up and i just thought, f*ck it, i'll be good for 2-3 reps probably then drop the weight and get some higher reps out, but was v surprised i got 5..
chest is spasming like crazy now tho!! always happens after chest workouts, and also back workouts now too.. just get crazy spasms in the muscle and its horrid, like cramp!! :-(

Strong mate, very nice especially since your on very little gear as well. I think a 180kg single from a fresh is not out of the question.

Going to chuck any photos up?

What Mr M. current max?

And what was yours?

Ive hit big numbers on bench in the past when running big doses of gear, for me strength has a massive corrilation with the amount of aas i run.

Re:2009 MRM- TESTify.. - 19 May 2009 11:20
ive never gone for a single.. best before last couple of wks has been 155x2..
im goin for a low volume week in a couple o wks, gonna hit singles on the big lifts t see where i am, and yeh im hopin for a 180 single..i'll probably thrwo some pics up at the end mate yeh.. t'is hard tho, dont have a digi cam and pics on my phone dont come out right at all..

but weight is now stablising at around 109-110k.. gonna increase cals for a couple of wks after this one, then drop em down again, then increase for pct etc.. just tryon to hold this condition really..

I.B- did reborn hit the 180 or not??

Dont forget, maintain cals for up to 8 weeks after your last shot!

You have to watch yourself during PCT. As you say, your condition gets sharper as you lose any bloat. You need the cals to help keep yourself as anabolic as you can while your body is trying to correct itself. You still need to train hard but careful you don't go OTT.

I've really dialled in the last 10 days, so that should balance off now, but the first week of PCT, despite me thinking I wasn't holding much, saw a good 5lbs fall off me.

Re:2009 MRM- TESTify.. - 19 May 2009 21:59
yeh im expecti some water weight drop, but will help combat any potential lean mass loss with an increase in clean cals.. ishould be ok..

as for today-  HOLY LOWER BACK PUMPS BATMAN!!

front squats-
110x8 -- was used as a warm up but had t cut short as lower back was mental
130x4
110x10- was gonna stick with heavier weight and hit 6-10, failed on the 6 for 130, but not cos it felt heavy on the legs, my lower back has just been excrutiatingly pumped.. bein sat over a desk all wk revisin isnt doin it any good at all.. anyway, was good t get t grips with the heavier weight..

split squats-
18k db's x 10*3

leg press-
100kx10*4 - 20 sec rest between sets. was supposed to be 5 sets but again, lower back was causing major problems!!

leg extension-
20kx10*7 - FST-7..... OUCH!!

db preacher curls-
20kx10
20kx8
20kx7

EZ curls-
55k x8*2
55kx9 ?? slightly longer rest me thinks was had before last set.. oops.

seated DB curls- not a good idea for FST-7 set.
14kdb's x10 *7

cos my bis were so pumped i could hardly supinate my wrist to curl properly, so these werent great for my FST set, but still got a crazy pump from them..

overall was a good session. just buggin me that my lower back is playin up.. bein hunched over my desk at home all day in a really uncomfortable chair is keein my lower back pumped all day every day, so then hittin heavy front squats after just doesnt help.. :-(

Was it pumped or just tight from the position you were in?

If it's pump issues (water) then drink my good man, drink like there's no tomorrow but TBH, front squats should not bother a back pump, I think it was just 'out of sorts'.

You got 130 tho, you'll have the reps next week I'm sure

hope so mate..
it was defionately a pump.. like i said, leanin over the desk all day has it pumped 24/7..
therefore left it feelin a little weak when doin the squats, then the split squats nailed it cos i use dumbells..
water intake hasnt been as high as i would like it to be recently, gettin in a revision groove makes me forget bout everythin so water intake will be upoped again, a conscious effort wil be made

75x7
67x8

65kx9*3
lateral raise machine- FST-7
25kx10*7

lying ham curl-
60kx10
x9
x8

SLDL-
110x6
120kx6
125kx6 ---will start here next week

haha.. well now i train wi someone i'll get them to vid some of my stuff as its not somethin ive done on here..
gona go for my heavy week the week after next so will try film the bench, squat, OHP on those days too...

back home in cumbria for the weekend now, doin some revision and gettin ready for a day out wi some mates tomorro..

update on yesterdays session-

pull ups-BW
20
10
8
7

chest supported suppine rows- lying face down on a raised flat bench using a barbell
70kx10
75kx10*2 --- IIRC.. these felt a lot better than bent over rows. will stick with these.

CG palm facing pulldowns-
87kx10
97kx8
97kx7

seated rows-
87kx12 *2
87kx10

straight arm rope pulldowns-FST-7
25kx10*7

CGBP-
130kx5
130kx6*2--- grip slipped on first set.

skuls-
60kx10*2-- runnin out of time so we did 1 set less here and got on the FST set quickly.

pushdowns-
45kx10*7

good session.. im pretty sure all of the back weights are right, need t start loggin them down in my book again..
but felt great afterwards.. really enjoyin the back session a lot at the moment.. although last night, went out for a meal, had a couple of glasses of wine with the meal and all of a sudden my right lat spasmd and cramped up which was f*ckin excrutiating..felt horible.. kept doin it all night, thinkin maybe slightly dehydrated after the gym and the wine didnt help much?!!hah..
none the less, a good session.
