Solid strict pressing mate. Nice little session. How's the planning for this course you had planned going?

well, i have glastonbury at the end of june so what ever i do wont be started til when i get back, but looks like its just gonna be the superdrol for now. me and the mrs are very shakey, so adding in an INjectable against her wishes would ruin it completely.. on the other hand, we may not make it as far as glasto as a couple, so if thats th case, i'll be adding in some sust for 10 wks, and probs finish the cycle off after the SD with some var :-) strict pressing felt good.. ahvent done it in a while, since last summer i think, and i definately felt like i had 92.5-95k in me, if not for a triple, definately for a double.

That's nice, mate, considering everything your strength is still well in there. As for the scales of life.... the mrs, or sust, the mrs, or sust - hmmmm, I glad mine doesn't give an ultimatum, probably cos she knows what the outcome would be LOL

haha, thats the thing that bugs me.. i konw me bein on gear wouldnt affect anythin!! in fact it would make things better.. id be happy with myself in terms of look and strength, sex drive would be ^^^^^^^ :-) haha, and i just cant see a downside to it. unfortunately she listens to the 'stories' that people have 'heard' etc etc.. u know.. 'o my friends ex was on gear and he went crazy and beat her all the time..........' etc etc.. im only young and part of me thinks, f*ck it, if she's gonna say she doesnt want me to do them, i'll end it cos its somethin i really wanna do again!! i dont know.. we'l see.. things arent good at the moment with me and her so im not sure whats gonna happen!

ok, so today- was supposed to be hams and tris, but lower back is very very stiff, so im not wanting to make it worse! did some 1 legged SLDL with an empty oly bar to try stretch it out and left it there. moved onto tris- CGBP- 3x6 110, 115, 120 kilo -- all done nicely :-) happy days Incline tricep ext. EZ bar - 3x8 40x8 50x8 * 2 sets Pushdowns- 2x RP failure v bar attachment- 35kilo x 12,10, 8, 8, 5 rope attachment - 25 kilko x 10, 8. DONE. finished with some high rep bicep stuff, a real beach day today really but im not wanting to aggrevate the lower back so felt it wise to leave the lower half stuff there.

If you haven't had the problem diagnosed then bite the bullet and get it done. The sooner you know, the quicker you can fix it and teh less it will cost in therapy work if required. Let it bed in and it could really cost you..... and I speak from experience.

I saw the first pic and thought no wonder you look tiny, it's a tiny pic. I thought that when I first saw mine on my camera. A better size makes all the difference. Looking solid mate. You current goal is the same as mine LOL. What are you weighing ATM (I know you're an inch or 2 taller than me also yeah). Sorry about the Mrs, tho. You seemed to give it a fair shot, just one of those things. You're still young, granted looks aren't on your side but at least age is LMAO Just kidding...... So when is the AAS coming out then Just cruise by on this week ready for next.

haha.. when i can afford it mate, gear will be ordered. very soon i hope, but as said, i have to clear up this bit of gyno first!! :-( not happy about it. think im at about 16st at the moment.. not carryin much water either right now and feelin a bit flat, but i havent trained since friday so thats normal for me to be honest. yeh im 6'2.5 ish.. wanna be about 16.7, oraround there, but maybe a good 2-3% less than i am now, then re asses from there! :-) mate, im gorgeous, what u talkin about!!?? haha.. yeh i gave it a go, and i genuinely am crazy about the girl, but unfortunately thats what she is, a girl. quite immature at times and as said, this weekend was just horrid mate! seriously one of my worst in a long time.. a potentially great weekend completely ruined and i paid £25 for a 2 day muic festival up here, of which i saw all of 2 acts across the whole weekend.. just need t try put it behind me and move on!! miss her loads already as she isnt talkin t me at all.. she's makin out like im to blame etc and that im a vile person etc so she can hate me to make it easier for her, but i know im not, and im happy enough in that! if she has t do that t move on then so be it.. i'll be reet :-)

Well, you say she was a little immature and perhaps her actions now just confirm your thoughts. No matter what the reason you always miss someone when you split up, I did mine at first and I saw her cheating on me!!!!! But hey, as you know, these wounds heal, life moves on and TBH, if she's struggling to break up amicably then best you aren't speaking. Never good tho, dude, always smarts but there's always light.

Solid weight BTW.... After being 16.4 last week I must have had the scales on the piss cos yesterday I was 16'8 LOL Dunno what I'll lose when I come off, so long as I stay a couple of lbs above 16st that's a stone on last year and arguably better condition too and I'd be pretty content with that - for now.

cheers DV. haha, ive had some relationship worries in this journal hey?!! hahaha... more ups and downs with regards to women than my training!! haha.. yeh im happy at 16st, although do want to be a bit heavier and in better condition as said, but im wantin to do a good cut as well, but never ever want to drop below 15st, if i were to drop below that it would be to do a show or something!! justbeen lookin thru a lot of posts there.. and as much as im a novice AAS user, its got me thinkin about future use etc.. read a fair bit of info regarding HGH too.. a thread u actually posted in recently DV regarding running it at just 2IUs a day.. that alongside a mildish dose of test for 12-16 weeks, and then carrying on the HGH for another 8-12 weeks, would leave me in a very nice place i reckon.. that could definately leave me heavier than i am now and in better condition.. anyway, these are just thoughts right now.. but once i havn the money, which may even be tomorro, i will order my test! i know i could probs just use test and an oral or test and deca, but im thinkin for what i want from a cycle and physique goal etc, i like the idea of 2ius of HGH a day for a long cycle to help cement gains made from test cycle.. what u reckon DV? will be u dabbling with it?? i konw u have more comittments than me right now, which is also another factor why i may consider it as it may not be a possibility in the future due to familiy etc

haha, yeh thats one up side! another being no more silly arguments about things that would never/ have never happened!! will miss her tho, as much as we fought,we had such a laugh at times.. went to some really good parties/ nights together and she was my best mate for a good few months.. we werent together that long but i genuinely cared for her, she had a lot of things that held her back, trust issues etc, and i really wanted to help her t be honest.. show her she could trust me and be happy with me etc, but i guess i cant now and its a shame!! but like u said, i have t take my mind off it and in no time at all i'll have bounced back!! :-) have got glastonbury at the end of the month so that will definately help :-)

Considering my age and time using AAS HGH is something I am definately interested in if finances allow... there may be a few of us at my gym interested so a big bulk buy my help drop £££s a bit. When Zach starts primary school in Sept I will have more space to be able to use meds with daily jabs etc, it's just a ££ thing but hey, I'll have extra time to pimp myself out too LOL. I don't think it's something you NEED to consider as yet, however, you have a far more sensible approach to use than many others I know who have caned every PED under the sun. As you say, while the sun shines etc etc there are worse things to be doing. I probably would have done....

i know what u mean mate and yeh i defs dont need it, i mean i could explore higher dose cycles first etc etc, or more compounds etc, but i like the idea of running somethin at a lower dose and for a while, that wont carry with it the negative issues like AAS does.. obviously it carries with it its own sides, but are they comparable to AAS sides, especially when running for long durations?? i'll hazard a guess at no.. not that i am 100% up to date on my HGH knowledge at the moment tho.. im still reading! :-) plus i like the idea of running it thru pct to help keep the gains from the cycle.. we'll see anyway.

I don't think the sides, on a low dose run, are going to be much of a concern. I know some respond more and can suffer that metacarpel syndrome and pains easily but unless you are getting higher doses with extended on times things should be OK - but they all carry risks. It won't give you loads but over 6 months, with a couple of AAS cycles thrown in, the results should be pleasing

thats the thing mate, over the next 6 months, if i could add 5kilos of lean mass, obviously whilst doin a cycle or two, id be very happy! just wanna be in a good place before cutting! i dont have 'loads' of fat on me, but dont wanna go below 15st.. so maybe if i got to say 17st, at a similar BF%, then cut 2stone off and re assessed from there.. we'll see :-)

thats the thing i dont mind bein 15st if it meant i was shredded and still carrying a good amount of mass.. so a cycle is def needed first:-) just not sure whether to run a low dose test with the low dose HGH, or just go 500-600mg test while on for 12 weeks.. quite like the idea of lower dose but stayin on for a bit loinger, and then using HCG through pct and after.. we'll see. think i may try and source some Pharma test again.. i can get UGL, but a thread on here recently has made me think twice to usin UGL test.. i know abcesses are very rare, but with pharma u know what ur gettin! we'll see

Depends what you can trust. I just ran sme UG test (which I never usually do) and it's been spot on. Enanthate powders were an issue at the start of the year for the UGLs (carbolic acid that UGLs lacked the equipment to filter out). Dunno about now. Not heard much bad for a while TBH so long as you can trust the source and lab. For a longer test run you can always start out low, like I did on my 6 monther, then up the dose every couple of months as needed when progression slows. Definately recommend HCG thru-out tho. I always do know, just 500iu each week, but it does the job.

Yeah, I get a spare unused, sterile 10ml vial and once I have 5000iu done in the 1ml solution, I then add it to another 9ml bac water in the spare vial. From that I can load up 10 syringes with 1ml in each, in the freezer and get them out as required. Obviously you can make up more of the mix to extend over more weeks of required. Recovery is soooo much easier, it can raise estrogen tho so I always run something like adex thru-out too - I get itchy nips at the best of times.

I thought i would have a snoop in your journal but i have nothing to add to your freezers, syringes and test conversation at this moment in time. Feel free to throw some this way though..:p ha. As for your bodyweight iv seen your deadlift video so i kind of know what size you are, 15 stone might look a little light for you but i agree that if your shredded then its gonna look pretty good. Good luck.

Mr.M haha, yeh thats one up side! another being no more silly arguments about things that would never/ have never happened!! will miss her tho, as much as we fought,we had such a laugh at times.. went to some really good parties/ nights together and she was my best mate for a good few months.. we werent together that long but i genuinely cared for her, she had a lot of things that held her back, trust issues etc, and i really wanted to help her t be honest.. show her she could trust me and be happy with me etc, but i guess i cant now and its a shame!! but like u said, i have t take my mind off it and in no time at all i'll have bounced back!! :-) have got glastonbury at the end of the month so that will definately help :-) I know what you mean mate nothing more head wrecking than a silly wee argument over fvck all,.. i been with my girl about 4 and half years now at it was like dat at the start but it all cool now, so maybe use will get back together and sort it out... anyway, enough of the dear Deidre in here :-)... glastonburry looks fcvking class mate, i would love to get over to it some year, it would defanatly be very messy :-)

as for gettin back together, nah i doubt it mate! at least not in the next few onths.. u never know, we may bump into each other again in 6 months+ down the line and it may just click again, and things may be miles better.. but she wont talk to me now, so i cant see that changing until she either sh@gs someone or feels she has totally gotten over me!! as for glasto, yeh cant wait mate! lineup is sick.. was quietly happy at first that U2 werent playin as i really want to see Mos Def on the jazz stage, owuld be amazin live. but they now have Gorillaz and everyone im goin with wants t see them :-( ste- haha.. cant remember what i weighed in deadlift vid, but i wasnt as lean as i am now.. like i said, if i could get up to a good weight while stayin in condition, play things slowly etc, then get back down to a low BF%, i think 15st would look very good.. if i could get to say 17st ish in good nick, approx 15st could see me near stage condition, and if so, i'll bite the bullet and do a show :-)

now then mate, lookin in good nick in your photo. ill bet your arms are the same size too, bastid lol Sorry to hear about the relationship, but does sound like its for the best really. no good when your partner gives ultimatums, they should be happy with whatever you choose. anyway, onto the other points, if i can jump into the discussion between you and DV. If money is tight, then honestly, dont bother with the GH, it would buy alot of decent quality AAS, and that will get you where you want to be much quicker and easier. If you can buy the GH without really thinking about the cost, then its a nice addition, but if its a struggle then its honestly not worth it. That said ive just been saving up and bought some, but higher dose AAS than what im on isnt an option for me given my arm, so difference circumstances.

daz, good t see u in here fella.. cheers mate. feelin a bit 'slim' at the moment, but i'll sort that :-) haha.. yeh i get ya with regards to the GH.. im gonna see. i cant afford anythin at the moment so wont be buyin for a while.. will be a case of slowly adding the cycle together.. im just massively keen on using a few compounds, extra jabs etc etc.. and im also not in a rush to do higher doses.. ur right, i probs could get there quicker with more AAS, im ok with the 'slowly slowly catchy monkey' approach at the moment tho :-) haha.. like said, if i could end this yr at around 16 1/2 stone but a good few % lower BF, then i'll be very happy..if i were to compete, it wouldnt be til next yr and i hate puttin on too much weight, i felt sluggish even at 17.3-4st.. anyway, cheers for comin in mate! ur knowledge and exerptise on AAS and peptides etc wil definately be taken advantage of in the coming weeks :-) haha
