haha... DV- dont hate the player, hate the game!! :-) haha.. nah i was happy wi that, 105 felt v v v heavy tho.. rio- i can get some PP cheaper than SD, and ive never run PP before, so quite fancied givin it a go.. i know its only 3 wk and can run PP for longer, but 3 wk should be enough to help get me a few more gains, and leave me in a good place for the start of pct!! f*ck me ive got some niggles at the moment tho... wrist, elbow, knee, back, forearm, bicep tendon.... im a f*ckin cripple!!

With all those niggles what you really need is some extra kick to get you training heavier LOL And I am starting to hate the game. I bet 105 did feel heavy. Bloody 75 felt heavy to me last week LOL

haha.. im hopin the PP will help cover up the niggles, cant be goin to tony's half arsed, need t be fightin fit, t'is gonna be a tough day!! gonna invest in some cod liver oils and glucosamine (even tho i think the stuff is w*nk).. would really like t get some cissus quadrangularis, excellent for joints etc, but its pretty expensive in the scheme of things..

ha, cheeky b*stard! :-) had tuesday and weds off, niggles are gettin to me now!! this clammy heat hasnt helped either, bein 'on' in this weather has left me with massive headaches now and again etc etc.. anyway went in today with my mate who is just back from glasto.. we did; Pull ups- +15kx5 +20kx3*3 BWx8*2 -- will add weight for these sets next wk, too easy. Dips- +35kx12*2 BWx12*2- wide grip, slow reps! dropped the weight, the niggles really flare up when doin dips, in my pec insertion and elbow, forearm etc! sooo annoyin!!!!! BB Mil press- 70kx15 70kx10*2 -- was gonna go with same reps as on pull ups, but just not happenin! arms- Hammer strength preachers- 30x12, 35x10, 40x8, 45x6, 40x8, 35x10 -- all sets with 30 secs rest between each. rope pushdowns- 67x15, 74x10, 81x8, 71x10, 67x8 - dropped to 60x6- dropped to 42x6. not too fussed about arms anymore in terms of numbers used! im resigned to the fact that i'll be usin machines for a while due to free weight arms work really knackin these niggles!! but the machines are good for a good pump etc.. went higher reps than normal today, on dips and mil press... body just isnt holdin up too well at all!! feel like an old man, achin all the time!! tomorros sessin will be front squats deads/ SLDL's ham curls lunges shrugs calves.. then i'll decide over the weekend what t do with regards to the routine! :-(.. again... maybe need to revert to simple strength trainin... a day for bench work, a day for pull work, a day for legs and a day for overhead wrk.. ive been hittin overhead work twice a wk for a bit now, with chest exercises twice a wk too.. maybe need to switch it.. not ideal but thinkin this could be contributing to the aches and pains...

I had the last 2 days off too, nice wasn't it  .... My last summer cycle was teh 40degree one, learned my lesson then, never again LOL - sucker!!! Arms is just damage limitations mate, so long as you are still training they won't get smaller. Twice a week for near max effort training is a lot, mate. Fine if you adjust load and dynamics (heavy and speed for e.g) but not for day in day out intense training really. You still have a few weeks left yeah...? Have a light training week (same weight for half the reps or do some speed work) and hit it fresh the next week IMHO.

last injection was yesterday, but i have 3 wks of P-plex to start tomorro.. then onto pct.. thats the thing, each week consists of heavy low rep benchin and rowin 1 day heavy low rep squattin the next heavy low rep OHPin on thursday and heavy low rep SLDLin on friday.. but my normal routine would have this anyway!! i think it is the fact i have ohp in twice a wk, bench on mon and then dips and 1 set of hammer strength poress on thurs, and other stuff mixed in... its def the heavy dips doin it tho!! might have t knock them on th ehead again! may revert to somethin like.... mon- bench incline bench incline DB's - higer rep work pushdowns tues- SLDL's/ deads ham curls chest supported rows chins shrugs thurs- OHP Seated DB press lateral raise CGBP EZ curls Friday- front squats leg press lunge calf work somethin along those lines anyway.. we'll see.. its more of a basic routine again, but all compounds pretty much, reps will be mainly low, with a strength approach to the big lifts..

Swap your back and leg day around and we would have very similar splits (bar a few weird combo you have LOL)

haha... i think the 'wierd' combo u referring to would be havin tri's in there twice? just think havin CGBP in there would be good, and wouldnt really get the most from them if i did them after bench! so will do them after OHP.. and im not a huge fan of doin quads and hams int same session.. so put hams in with back cos im cool!! :-)

heavy low rep work will take its toll on you at some point mate, that'sd why I like this routine I'm using now as it still allows me to train heavy but I'm only really trying to hit max lifts every other week. This heat is really doing me in my temper is through the roof and I'm having to have a sleep in the day cos I'm knackered, but couldn't have wished for better weather to be unemplyed though.

mate me too.. the weather's kilin me.. gettin proper tired durin day, even after doin f*ck all!! :-( yeh im thinkin of doin the program ive outlined above.. and maybe take ur approach.. have a heavy wk, then a rep wk.. is that what ur doin?? and just switch between the 2..? its a shame cos i love doin routines which use both pull and push in the same session, but it is takin its toll mate.. and these niggles arent gonna go unless i do somehtin different or stop!! and stopin just isnt an option!!

cheers rack- reborn- maybe a wk off would, but im 3 wks out from pct, not too keen on takin time off at the mo t be honest mate.. just gonna have t train around them!! :-( i had a wk or so off a while back, that's enough til end of summer i reckon.. i should be goin t leeds festival on bank holiday weekend at the end of august so i'll be havin pretty much a wk off then... P-Plex arrived today so just had my first cap.. will be runnin it at 40mg a day for 3 wk, hopefully help me finish the cycle as a whole with some nice little gains, hopefully help me train thru these niggles too!!

I wouldn't alternate week on week TBH. I would work something like 4-6wks heavy:1 light A light week or week off now won't harm you training at all tho. And it may result in you being more able to train hard when you hit PCT and are at most risk of losing your gains

i see what ur sayin mate... i see these last couple of weeks of kinda mixin lighter work in there too tho.. not sure i want another wk of light lifting.. :-( we';ll see.. today is, SLDL's F squats lunges and ham curls with calves and shrugs throwin in at the end, will do higher rep stuff on those.. and will do some hangin leg raises too... my head is sayin that hittin chest twice a wk like i have been, and hittin it heavy like i have been is makin things worse, and with shoulders also! :-( kinda thrown now as to what t do..im trainin hard which is all that matters, but like u said, durin pct, when gains can be lost, i dont wanna then hget injured and set me back even further..

High dose fish oil for your aches mate. Doesn't have to be cod liver . Cissus is fairly cheap ( as are fish oils) off Bulk Powders mate. I might get some for PCT as cissus is also supposed to help with recovery at a high dose. We still looking at the 18th ? I'll have a word with Tony tomorrow to see how he's fixed , it is his garden after all !
No biggie like, there are a lot worse things for you than using steroids, I mean I probably shouldn't have been smoking crack or getting into bar fights at your age TBH - drab4
