Well i think it time to start documenting my journey into the 2011 season. Hopefully things will now start moving a little quicker and get a little more exciting.
For those that don't know i competed for the first time in on April 18th as the ukbff south coast in the classic class.
My aim at the time was to get on stage and not look out of place and i did that. I came 7th out of 10. which all things considered i was fairly happy with.
However in 2011 i want the win and the qualification for the 2011 british finals.
So how has my off season gone so far?
Well since competing i did a nice 6 week rebound cycle. Then came off AAS have been off ever since(6months). It was very tough when i came off at first, i felt lethargic quite a bit, and i did find strength was slowly dropping for the first 6 weeks of coming off at that point things started to stabilise. Than a couple of weeks later i was ill it was only a 24hours bug but it knocked me for 6 and it took me a few weeks to gain the weight back then i was came down ill again this time much worse and actually ended up in hospital at this point i dropped a lot of weight and lost masses of strength which wasn't coming back quickly due to test levels still being a little low.
Since recovering the training has been going really well, clearly i had strength to gain back but i got that all back now and actually think i have gained a few lbs of lean mass, but also a little too much fat.
I was 13st 2 on stage and i am now 14st 11.
In 2 weeks time i will be going back on and since i have been off for a long time i would expect to get some good quality lean gains thick and fast.
I will be doing a 10weeks bulking, 6 weeks cruise/cut and then 14weeks cut to my first show of 2011 which if i am right should hopefully be the ukbff MT show.
Well thats enough for now i will get some more info later i will try and find some my first show pics and also put up my diet as well. If you have any questions as away and i will answer them later.
