What are the best chest excersises bearing in mind ive got a bench that only has flat and incline possibilities thanks george

Flat bench, incline, flies, dips. If at home only with a bench, try bench dips but make it harder by resting your legs say on a chair, as oppose to the floor.

Doing dips on a bench is predominantly a tricep exercise so not a lot of value in doing them for the chest. henchGeek - if you have a barbell and dumbbells then you've got flat/incline BB bench, DB bench, flies. Press-ups can also be utilised, perhaps as a superset with the flies.

Yeah of corse, I mean as part of a chest/tri session. Should've made that clearer.
