Im 6'0 and weight roughly 70kg previously done a Tbol cycle and really enjoyed the gains I got from it. However Im finding hard getting hold of some more. So I've been looking into Dbol as im not keen on injecting and was wondering how I would benefit from a cycle like this
 
  • 10 weeks with weekends off @15mg each day = 750mg of Dianabol in total
Im going to miami in mid march and wouldn't mind packing on some extra muscle. Any thoughts ?

      I couldn't see the reasoning in that either but I read it in a post on here for new steroid users. So I thought I would put the cycle to you guys and see what your thoughts were.
      I dont really want to out on a huge amount of size hense the small dosage but I need to fill out slightly and I'm a pretty hard gainer lol

        are you a hardgainer or are you not eating enough food ? 
         
        i personally wouldnt bother with such a low dose

          Maybe increase your daily calorie intake by 500 for a week, then go up by 500 each week for a month. Its a 2000cal increase in total. Then maintain for another month eating around 4000cals each day. Weigh yourself first before starting, then weigh yourself after. If you have gained some weight... this is where you need to work first for a while. Once you pack on more quality mass from a big diet and heavy training regieme, then worry about Dianabol.
