What do I need for PCT after using sus250 & Deca

Hello all,
 
I'm looking for some advice as to what to order for PCT after my 1st cycle of sus250 & deca duraboin,
 
Can anyone give my a good idea of how much of it I should take, and how long for, and what I should have ready for PCT.
 
A really amaturish question, I know, but thats where I am with it. The help & advise on this site is awesome! So come on lads, help me out again!

Should I go for Clomid and/or Nolvadex? Or just one of the two. Whats better?

Personally I prefer a mixture of the 2 feeling it covers all angles, although they are very similar and either alone would do. Another thing to possibly bear in mind is most people seem to tolerate Nolvadex better than Clomid.

I concur
Clomid gives me pct rage for some reason and my emotions yo yo from being emotional to damn right hostile.
Nolva pct is a walk in the park by comparison and I have no issues.
I had thought the testosterone drop was the cause during pct but a switch of pct meds on my 3rd cycle really surprised me.

Maybe its where the Clomid is giving your testo a dramatic boost, thus the hostility and emotional fluctuation? I dont know.... Im doing Nolva 60/40/20 & Clomid 150/50/50 for my PCT.
