    Looks interesting but looks like a lot of work too volume wise over a weeks worth of training. As I am getting older I find I have to be careful with the volume of training.

      I agree that hid proposed routine did have a bit much volume wise, bit too mush pushing opposed to pulling as well but the blueprint of it sounds quite good

          I've seen this before, looks quite good.
           
          I think that if I was to do this program though, I'd have to eliminate one of the legs days. I only train legs once a week as it is and SLDL's ruin my week, can barely walk! Same happens if I squat heavy. 
           
          Anyone notice you'd be hitting your Bi's 3 times a week?
