What do you do - 1st signs of Gyno?

I am doing my 1st test E cycle ever, and wanted to know what you guys do should you get 1st symptomes of gyno like saw nips, feel the smallest lump behind nipple (really small)
Thats what i am experienceing, started taking Adex which has helped LOADS.....;

I wouldn't get it in the first place as always run quite aggressive AI during a cycle, but if I did I'd just hammer 2.5mg of letro per day. On my first cycle nobody really suggesting using an anti e and low and behold I got gyno that I still have to get removed at some point. Never use anything without at least adex tbh

Either Letro or Nolvadex once lumps are present, both have proven to reduce existing gyno in the past.

Depends on how developed the gyno is.  If you're sure it's gyno- stop the cycle and run an aggressive PCT.  Next time round use adex.

If its just a bit of paranoia, adex is fine.

Personally if I think I'm getting gyno (which I always do when I dirty bulk) I hammer down the letro @ 2.5mg EOD for a week

Personally I hit it with 60mg Tamox day 1 then 40mg ed until the symptoms subside, then 10mg ed for the duration of the cycle up to PCT where I run standard PCT protocol.

But if it's more severe, as Bigfella advises, hit it with Letro. 2.5 mg eod.

Its extremely minor just so you are aware, however my nips got sure for a week or so, and then soon noticed a tiny tiny bump behind my right nip. The nipples visually are slightly puffy, again its extremely light, so doesn’t look like i have puffy nips to everyone else.
 
What you recommend i do??? Start throwing down a few nolvas down my throat? Or stick with Adex?
I have run Adex on Monday, Tuesday and today, will do it again on Saturday – and E3D...
 
I think I’ve made a school boy error, not running any AI during my cycle. Next cycle i do will be abit hardcore, so I think running Adex or “whatever’s recommended” I will use throughout the 12 weaker.

stick with adex i would stop completely

you could for a week or till end of ya cycle run nolva if you feel its really bad. Personally it dont sound that bad mate,i would just continue with adex.
