What do you think about this bodybuilder? Steroids or not?

Found him on youtube, he says he's natural.

Possibly, he's not really big and although I didn't watch the whole thing, I didn't spot him getting his legs out. Decent physique though.

Not at all.

Very achievable naturally.  He has decent genetics too which helps.  Also he appears more muscular due to his lean-ness.  I have seen a couple of guys get much larger than this without even doing one cycle.  They are rare though.  Some people are just very responsive (even if they don't appear to have a decent build at all before lifting).  Check out some of the NPA and BNBF competitors to see what can be achieved naturally.

Good diet and good training with a few genetics thrown in

yeah would be naturally achievable with lots of hard work, he may haev taken steroids but well probably never know

all you can do is be the best you can be, stop worrying about other people.
 
the diet is one thats correct for the individual.  everyone is different, so noone can just answer your question and say 'xyz' diet

Who cares?  Train hard and eat well and, most importantly of all: stop focusing on others in a negative way and concentrate on yourself.  Then you may find you achieve this sort of look.

I hate questions like that too and that's coming from a natty! There's no point speculating on anyone's natural status, as there's very little you can do to prove or disprove such things...  I can't afford to think about it because if I speculated on all those I thought weren't natural - I probably wouldn't compete at all...

It reminds me of usain bolt...the guy has smashed world records and its overshadowed by some who swear its all PEDS and not natural ability.
There seems to be a flock of vulutres ever present to swoop on anyone who achieves something noteworthy.

most of the lads in my gym  who train regularly and are natural would look like that if they cut, but just dont have the desire or maybe the will power to get in that sort of shape, he's not massive i dont know why you wouls think he was on gear.
