What do you think of my routine?

Hi, I want to build muscle and strength. What do you think of the workout below? 3 x days a week (Mon, Wed, Fri). Each exercise done between 6 - 10 reps to failure. 3 x sets for each exercise - 4 x sets now and then to mix it up a bit. Monday Squats Deadlift Bench Press Dips Wednesday Stiff Legged Deadlift Overhead Press / Mil Press Rows Chin Ups Friday Leg Press Calf Raise Incline Bench Press Barbell Curl I have tried to use compound exercises only and only enough exercises to ensure my workout doesn't last any longer than 45 mins. I will continually add more reps/weight each workout. I know how important diet is but only looking at workout in this post. Any advice is much appreciated and weolcomed guys!

Hi there - sorry no-one's replied! Your routine looks fine - I would stick to this for 8-10 weeks, then maybe change to a volume style routine

Personally i'd change your friday routine squats pull ups calf raise barbell curl dont go to failure on every set as it will only lead to overtraining and also hinder your gains in the long term.. just my 2p worth..have fun..
