i spotted Glen Ross there on the sunday , in the powerlifting arena. but as it was 4-5 people deep around the bench, i dont think many people got a photo or chat opportunity

Would it be possible to get Charles Glass to do a seminar, possibly pic a few people from the crowd and hand out some specific advice as well as a general thing

Milos Sarcev- great BBer and very good nutritional knowledge

Possibly some people from athletics

Some Rugby Players would be great- a lot of these a sponsored by the big supp companies so maybe that could be a link- possibly a forward and a back and they could explain the differences in the way they train and the diff types of strength/ fitness that they need

I like the idea of a boxer
