What stokes your embers?

Personally nothing gets me going quite like a montage with some powerful music / speech in the background. How about you guys?

Just turn it on flick the switch, there are lots of ways to practice putting yourself in various states,Happy,Angry ,aggresive at will ,tried em all and found ones that work for me. Like anything not flawless but do make a difference, the clips above just use things to render you in a set state,it shows thse things work So learn what works for you and manipulate it for your benefit when it suits you
Everyone has been in shape, but not everyone is IN shape, its about where your going not where you have been.

In that way my Wayne i am enlightened, I understand at my core why these extrinsic factors motivate me and thus i search for more like it, for me its about aspiration, heroic acts and grandiose words that make life seem more than what it is. What im interested in is what does it for others, Ive been through many a dark day and a severe depression, it took me a long time to look inside and stop blaming everyone else. I wouldnt say the clips render me in a set state, rather the allure is the myriad of emotions they take me through that when I was on medication I never indulged in, hell i wasent even sure if i was capable of being anything but numb back then.

Watching lads I know compete yesterday stoked my embers! I was f*cking gutted I was injured. Here's Kenny Cardwell's vid from the day. The atmosphere on the last event ( which starts at about 2.30 mins ) was electric as although you cant see it in the vid there was another bloke going head to head with him.Kenny is a lovely unassuming you glad who is freakishly strong for his build and he always inspires me.

No biggie like, there are a lot worse things for you than using steroids, I mean I probably shouldn't have been smoking crack or getting into bar fights at your age TBH - drab4
