What the best method to get hold of pins & barrels?

Not for the first time, I'm not 100% sure this ones in the rules, but I'm after pins etc? Wheres they best place to go?
Some one suggested a "needle exchange!" I dont know what these are, but I dont think I'll pass as your every day smack head.
Suggestions please.

I always use medisave. Cheap enough and better quality than needle exchange

So these "needle exchange" places, do you need to take in a load of old needles to get the new ones? What if I have no old ones?
I dont like the idea of it! No doubt my boss will be walking by when I go in.
On line shops any good? What shops are there & whats the standard costs?

Ill vouch for Medisave too! best by far for me. Timely delivery, dead cheap, and often send more then i order! Just paid around £15 including delivery for 100 blue, 100 green, 100 barrels and a big bottle of alcohol rub!

Ive used medisave for over a year for my pins and bacteriostaticwater.co.uk for my water and empty vials.
