What was your 1st ever Mass Cycle

If its your first cycle, I would recommend a simple 500mg per week test only cycle. I should have used a lot less, as my first cycle was 500mg Test e 400mg Norma Deca 40mg Dbol

Hopefully new users would rather learn from our experiences and mistakes rather than copy our failings, but for the record, first ever cycle many years ago was a D-bol only cycle tapered up and down from 20mg/day to 40mg/day and back down to 20mg/day over 6 weeks, gained a lot and lost a lot after the cycle (no PCT), also picked up a little gyno on the way which began a life-long learning curve on that amongst other things LOL If I had that time again, first cycle and the following cycles for some time would have been a straight 500mg/wk of Test for 8 to 10 weeks followed by PCT. My first ever mass cycle. Was Dianabol only for 8 weeks. Gained loads, lost loads. Used a crap PCT. Although I still believe the best oral mass cycle I ever did was with Pro-Hormone stack known as Mass-58.

First cycle ever was 250mg test e and 400mg deca a week. Was on for 6 weeks and did gain 15kg. I did no pct and went down 7kg after the cycle.

250mg sus , 200mg deca a week, for 6 week. cant remember the gains, was monstered all weekends back then... not clever , had a hoot tho.
If it grows eat it.... if it dont leave it !!

First cycle was test-e at 300mg per week, went very well but at the time I didn't realise how important diet was, during pct I dieted and lost a bucket load of mass. So much they thought I was ill at work! Minger

500 Test and 300 deca 30mg dbol a day .. diet was ***** and was for about 4-5 cycles after that ..But i learnt in the end

Minger Never tried dbol, I might try them after I've cut for the comp later in the year. M Whatever you do mate, don't taper the dose, have no gyno protection and no PCT meds on hand when you do run it LOL Bigfella.

Bigfella good advice indeed! I got my sh!t sorted as far as ai is concerned, I know I'm susceptible to gyno from tren or nandrolone so for sure ill be on it! I'm pretty careful when taking new compounds I have never taken orals but seen some guys up the gym put on some mental mass on Oxy's and dbol. M

First cycle, test e 500 a week for 12 weeks, decent pct with hcg before pct and pct consisting of clomid and nolva. I also used armidex to stop bloat. Didn't gain a single pound, starting weight 14 stone 7 ending weight 14 7, lost 3-4% bf and my strength (worked out by 3rep max bench) went up by 12%. I found this strange as people say you gain loads of weight however as I used arimedex so I didnt gain any water weight so didn't lose or gain much scale weight. Bit of a coincidence mind, that I lost the same amount of fat and gained the same amount in muscle in weight, to way exactly the same! Strange. I should of front loaded with something or stayed on longer plus I had injury problems and caught the flu/really bad cold near the end of the cycle which didn't help training.

Diet is so important, my problem was I had lost a lot of weight and it took me a good few months to loose the paranoia of getting fat and start eating properly to build, now I struggle to eat enough to put on weight and I eat 6 or 7 times a day. Just goes to show the difference between junk food and a proper diet! M

Minger Diet is so important, my problem was I had lost a lot of weight and it took me a good few months to loose the paranoia of getting fat and start eating properly to build, now I struggle to eat enough to put on weight and I eat 6 or 7 times a day. Just goes to show the difference between junk food and a proper diet! M Thats so true, people eat a medium amount of junk and get a bit fat but they don't realise they could eat double that with clean food and lose bf, its hard to get your head round eating more and how much of a difference what you are eating makes.

yeah diet is pretty much everything.. As I mentioned I'm currently on my first cycle and my diet consists of 500gr chicken breast, 400gr beef, 8-10 egg whites, 300 gr cottage cheese, whey powder / 400 gr brown rice, 120 gr oats, 2-3 bananas. I'm currently concluding the 2nd week of my 500mg Omnadren cycle and I'm already 4 kg (8 pounds) heavier.
