flick161 Most Paul McKenna books are actually NLP based. Off shopping in a mo, could be good sun lounger reading, ta xx

I wouldn't recommend it as sun lounger reading tbh. You have to be somewhere where you've got time, to be in your own thoughts and completely focused... Tan - YUM!!!!! It was made using Crunchies...

Flick are you a general fan of NLP or specifically Paul Mckennas books? Quite interested to read something like this and give it a try - any recommendations?
Awesome pic, but Tony you're not doing yourself many favours posting up tips on preventing the gag reflex and then a picture of a guy touching his toes - Ak

essex_chris Flick are you a general fan of NLP or specifically Paul Mckennas books? Quite interested to read something like this and give it a try - any recommendations? Am a big fan of NLP full-stop... Personally I think it's hard to administer it in the first place onto yourself (although Paul McKenna's books do have CD's with them). I would say it's worth investing in seeing someone in person, if it's for something important enough i.e. a specific goal - sometimes you only need 1 or 2 sessions - I've been suggesting it to my PT clients who suffer with confidence issues or eating probs...
