This is the most commonly asked question in the weight-training world. My answer is always "I don't train bench".

Are you the guy that's been training with Woody ?

I've trained with Woody a couple of times, but the guy you're thinking of (Madcowdrey on here) happens to have the same surname as me, and I believe trains with Woody every Sunday.

I can sympathise with tjones, i've been fluctuating between 105-110 for months. I wanted 140 for xmas, but that seems unlikely without switching to the DARK SIDE!!!!! Been trying 5x5 and 4x4, i'm thinking about knocking it on the head for a bit and training cables and flys.

Fat git 22% bf
PB's bench 110kg
deadlift 177.5kg (don't forget the .5!!)
bodyweight 17 stone...ish
bp 117/62 56bpm pulse
