I don't really do big binges, just a few little treats sometimes on a Saturday before/after playing football.
-Bacon, black pudding and brown sauce butty in the morning
-Then either go out for a meal in the evening or get a Chinese/Indian takeaway, Ummm Kung Pao chicken
-A beer or two and a couple of whiskies
-Then a nice Sunday roast the day after

Big curry with poppadums, naan and a few side dishes and tons of Guinness, simple but effective.

Yeah, used to do the vindaloo/phaal when I was younger but now I go for a tastier option and my favourite at the moment is Karai, there is a great Indian restaurant a few miles from us that does them just how I like them, just above Madras hot and with stacks of chunky veg. The chef is great, he always comes out for a chat and we've really got to know him, he also does a fabulous fish curry.

A chinese and a few beers, I don't like to over eat.

I have had strange heart palpations after heavy eating and an increase in resting heart rate. Sort of scared me a tad!

I go slightly mental at the weekend:

Saturday I ate:

Subway 6"
Piece Tiffin, Piece Flapjack
5 croissants and jam etc
half back choc biccies
2 cream buns
beans on toast with cheese and 6 slices bread
bout 4 rum and cokes
1 pint cider
2 pints bitter
3 frosted buns
several biscuits
bout 4 plates of buffet food, sausage rolls etc

Sunday I ate:

4 croissants with jam, cheese, butter
half pack of choc biccies
full loaf of bread with jam, butter etc
pack of sausages
full bag of minstrels - share one
full bag of revels - share one

I usually bake and end up eating at least a stick and a half of butter in some form or another in a day and a pint of double cream lol.

I havent binged in 2 months but this was my last

Full English
2 double whopper meals
Half a box of crunchy nut and lots of milk
A frozen pizza with chorizo and chilli
A large melted Camembert with a granary baguette
A Chinese takeaway
8 beers and Bottle of red
A large toblerone and some shortbread

Never actually wrote it down before. Quite disgusting. But I could eat it all rightnow and that's my problem

How have you managed to go 2 months, Animal? Are you bulking anyway? That's some serious pig-out btw!!

Nah mate I'm on quest to lose about 35kgs. I was eating like that about 3 times a week for bout 6months! I know what I'm capable of which is why I don't dare deviate from what I'm doing now..

I have done some bloody stupid things in the past
I have done 38 slices of Pizza at pizzahut buffet. I've also done 20 macd cheeseburgers in 30 minutes and 6 terrys chocolate oranges because they were buy1 get 2 free and I was dared

Is that you in your avatar mate?

Usually consists of around 5000 plus calories on a sat night which sometimes leads into sunday night,2 large pizzas sides coke, then 3-4 nice tasting protein bars crisps yogourts drinks, bowls of cereal, what ever really.

On my way to 28st many years ago a typical daily binge meal would be :

2 or 3 bags of crisps
bag of jazzies or fudge
big bowl of sugary cereal
full monty breakfast bagette
more crisps
x 2 1/4lber cheese burgers, large fries, milk shake, nuggets
several rolls I had prepared the night before
crisps
some form of take away or large microwave meal
more snacks / cakes

Took 4/5 years to put on 11 stone, shameful stuff.

Getting it off again has been a joy
