When would you start back on cycle? 15 November 2009 15:28 (permalink)
I've had a two year lay off due to shoulder injury. Now I can finally start training again, before injury I was in best shap of my life pritty lean 95kg's @ 5foot 6,I looked pritty good. Now I'm a chubby 84kgs.  Enough rambling on to my question.

I've got a fair bit of test ,deca, oxy's and usual PCT meds already in my draw, Do you think it would be wise to spend few months training natrually or start stright with a cycle? Thinking 500mg test pw for 12weeks with 400mg of deca to help with the my wiry joints??

Thanks all

if it where me id prob train natrual for about 6 months then use the steroids however i guess there is always the chance you could get back to your best shape in half the time with the steroids use.

Definately train naturally for a few months, you will notice some great gains with out the gear due to muscle memory, then when the gains slow after about 3 months hit the gear.

also seen as you have been injuried you need to give your joints and ligaments some time to adapt to lifting again otherwise you wil get injured if you start lifting too heavy too soon.

Thanks for the input, think I'll go unassisted until begining of feb then see how my gains are going.

I agree with Westy. I havent done gear in about 5 years and have really got out of the bodybuilding scene. Last year I decided to get back into it and noticed really good gains by training naturally. It also gave my body chance to get back into it and regain some of its old strength.

My plan now is to wait until my gains slow down, then do a cycle.
