Hi guys, I'm new to the forum. I joined after seeing a few videos on youtube by Mike Chang of "Six Pack Shortcuts"; a $97 guide on how to lose weight and gain lean muscle. At first it seemed realistic, but after looking into it, it looked more like bs.
So I had a look through google and signed up to this forum as I thought it would be a big help if I could talk to the pro's and possibly get some help on what I should do.
The reason I joined is that I'm sick of being the small one, the one who's easily picked on because of their small muscles; yeah I'm not too small to be honest, but I'd like to get bigger arms, and hopefully a nice defined six pack
So I'm going to stop ranting on now and just ask my question, how can I lose the extra fat around my belly, and get a six pack, preferably at home, without taking supplements or buying expensive guides? Are there certain types of workouts that target this area which I can do 4-6 times a week?
