      Is it all about taste?

Is she getting enough protein from her diet?

i like in diet the reflex micellar protein, because it is slow release really thick and really good in diet, from whey isolate she would be just hungry
and her purpose is not building muscles etc
so she would be happy with that
        it is 22.99 on net

I love the choc but others swear by the strawberries and cream!

No idea mate - ive given up trying to be helpfull and looking at the big picture when people ask for protein reccomendations - its just a waste of my time as 90% never follow it.

Scuse my ignorance but what does whey protein do ?  Would you drink it as a supplement to a healthy diet or is it for folks to don't eat so well ?  I've seen loads of it about, even in supermarkets, but have no idea what it's for... doh.

hi,  i use the non flavoured whey as the others make me wanna barf....I take one first thing in the morning and one directly after my workout and then have some nosh about an hour later after Iv'e showered and stuff...its protein, which you need more of for building muscle...sorry! that's all I know a the moment about it....I get mine from myprotein.co.uk and if you wanna start getting it you can get a discount if you use someones code number...I think...I'll look to see what mine is and give it to you if you want.....

Protein is made up of amino acids, your body makes you out of those amino acid building blocks.
When you excercise you tear little miniscule tears in your muscles and your body repairs these with the amino acids, that's how your muscles get bigger.
You wouldn't ask a builder to build you a house without a regular supply of bricks now would you...?!?
                    xx
