How about chest and shoulders as delts play a big role already on chest day. I personally wouldn´t do another major muscle group on back or leg days as they are taxing enough.

You could try Push, Pull, Legs which is broken down as follows; Chest, Delts (Anterior & Lateral), Triceps Back, Traps, Delts (Posterior), Biceps Legs, Abs

Ive never done a push/pull splits. I'll have to give them a go. It always seems a bit 'messy', like there's no structure. I know that isn't the case and obviously produces results as a few people prefer this way. I'm going to mix it up anyway. So for 6 weeks do the 3 day split above, then the following 6 weeks do a push/pull split etc which will hopefully keep it fresh. Cheers all!!
