Which are the best fat burners? legal or not

Now i have been training hard and bulking for a good few months and im getting happy with my shape size id like to start cutting some fat and getting abit more defined. What would you recommend as a decent proven fat burner? Dont mind if its legal or not. Just after real experiences really. Also i was planning to do another cycle of creatine. Is it worth it while on fat burners? Also are the low fat protein shakes like the diet phd whey worth going for? Cheers Miles

Creatine has been proven to assist in CV as it reduces the amount of oxygen required by a small amount. Whether it's noticeable is a different matter, but aside from calf cramps without correct stretching, creatine will not hinder your fat loss via CV. I have heard stories of Clenbuterol being a godsend but I am as of yet unable to source any at my gym. Maybe I'm not trying hard enough. Ephedrine, too. My experience with the diet proteins is probably not extensive enough to warrant judgement, but I have found them quite average. I have a huge appetite and taking a pissy little shake sort of irritated me. What I've read is all good though. Can't quite understand why you wouldn't just invest in a 5kg bag of Whey Protein from MyProtein, or similar, though. Cheaper and as I understand it equally effective. You just need to get your measurements right. I'm just a gym enthusiast, not a bodybuilder, and I've had experience with most natural supplements in the last 7 years. As I said this is merely my experience, not gospel. Good luck!
