Which are the best fat burners to go for? Legal or not
27 January 2012 08:35

Now i have been training hard and bulking for a good few months and im getting happy with my shape size id like to start cutting some fat and getting abit more defined. What would you recommend as a decent proven fat burner? Dont mind if its legal or not. Just after real experiences really. Also i was planning to do another cycle of creatine. Is it worth it while on fat burners? Also are the low fat protein shakes like the diet phd whey worth going for? Cheers Miles

Creatine can be all year round. The most important fat burner is the amazing magical pill called 'DIET' guarantee to be shredded in just 3 week, in all seriousness its all about diet & hard training, there are a few things that MAY help.
The last three or four reps is what makes the muscle grow. This area of pain divides the champion from someone else who is not a champion.

^^^^ as above - diet is the only way my friend and cardio, lots and lots of it. IF you want to know about prescription or off shelf fat burners look in the other enhancing drugs section. these do work but there are risks involved so do your research. in terms of legal ones - well phd diet whey is good whey and low in carbs, has good fats and l-cartinine, green tea and cla - all said to 'aid' fat loss. personally tried all of those - you will NOT notice any significant results without hard work and even then they are mild at best. think of these supps as the icing on the cake. you could also go for stimulant based ones with caffeine in - of all ive tried usp oxeylite pro is very good - its a thermogenic so you will get hot and sweat, and does suppress appetite some what, but you need to do cardio to aid fat burning effects - it is good but if you do a 10 min walk or no workout not gonna help really. end of the day give them a go to ease your curiosity maybe you will have better results. hope this helps.

wait untill fatloss slows before using a fat burner. sort diet, add in cardio, then when it starts to get difficult its time to look at a 'fatburner' to help things along. you shouldnt start them the day you start cutting!

^^ this IMO cutting should be about tricking/surprising the body as much as possible. It wants to store fat. It likes having it around. It's spent time laying it down to cope with times of need. Get the fat stores mobilising as much as possible with 1 stimulus, then as that starts to slow add another, and so on.

'Illegal' is a bit of a misnomer. You're not doing anything illegal by possessing them and using them, it's not illegal to buy them.

Consider an appetite suppressant. Something as simple as caffeine can help with fat loss in that it increases heart rate and makes you sweat more thus increasing calories burned, some say caffeine they eat less after taking in high does of caffeine too.

I agree with caffeine, I find taking it with a whey shake suppresses my appetite.

Thanks for the replies lads. I currently do around 30mins cardio twice a week at the gym after a weight session and walk about a hour each night when the dog tacks me for a walk. Going to start doing abit more say 4times a week? Appetite is my main problem. I have always been a hungry person lol. What do you recommend for a hunger suppresent? Grenade? Cheers

Milez Appetite is my main problem. I have always been a hungry person lol. What do you recommend for a hunger suppresent? Grenade? Cheers It's been said above, caffeine. Appetite has never been a problem for me (and I am someone who loves their food, and anyone who has seen one of my cheat meals will attest to this). Try doing keto. Shoveling 6 eggs and a few tbsps of organic peanut butter down my neck certainly kills my appetite for a long long time. I actually find that I struggle to eat enough when I have cut out carbs.
