ChilledDJ If you like flavoured proteins I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bodybuilding warehouse's premium whey. At £45 for 4.4kg it's a pretty good deal imo. Currently going through a tub of the choc-orange flavoured one and it tastes just like Terry's finest. Choc-cookie and banoffee are also pretty good, although I would stay away from cherry as I found that tasted like calpol...eugh! Are you mad? People fake illness just so they can have a spoon of Calpol. Even as an adult I still try and have some when I can LOL

Echo Supplements Some sound advice in this thread, just go for one that is as low in carbs and fat as possible, ideally uses whey isolate as the primary ingredient and you enjoy drinking :) Did you leave out the word 'native' by any chance?

Lol not at all, there are plenty of brands which use isolate first - personally I use a pure isolate protein powder I find it much much better on my stomach and I prefer the taste, but I know most people prefer something with a stronger taste. I don't really see the point in going for something which is mainly concentrate with a little isolate, you might as well just get a plain concentrate and save the money!

If you like it I would recommend buying a couple of samples of cherry flavour from BBW and give it a go. You may love it! haha!

Reflex, CNP, BBW, BulkPowders, IronScience, Myprotein, Maxiraw = Reliable, wide range of flavours, quality products at good prices. Theres a reason most people go back to using the above ^

Plenty may claim that but just imo some could be questioned. Personally I don't mind wpc being the main ingredient - an article by Jerry Brainium called whey and means is worth reading - highlights the beneficial fats in WPC's. Plus a good instant native wpc is fine in my book!

Not sure what you mean alterego? What could be questioned? I just meant that if you're going to have 95% conc and 5% isolate then you might as well have 100% concentrate, its hardly your main source of protein (or at least not usually!).

I was not questioning the main brand you are on about just that claims are not always on the level. We are opposite sides of the same coin - for me why have 45% WPI, 45% WPC and 20% WPH - the 45% isolate adds nothing but about 3% to the overall protein total. I can get 77-78% from a flavoured wpc - not really much advantage to get 80% by having wpi as the main ingredient IMO.
