Can't go wrong with this one: http://www.ironscience.co.uk/proteinpowder/wheyproteinconcentrate.html

or this one if you want a slightly higher protein/lower fat/lower lactose content:

      Bulkpowders whey
Myprotein impact blend, i prefer this to teir normal impact whey
      reflex instant whey
      boditronics express whey

Or you could go for a blend, each of the above all have them.

Just choose one thats suits your pocket and taste

Not seen the above before, how long have you been using this for and why do you reccommend it.

If I was in the UK I would buy Reflex or bulk powders.
An Alterego is a paradoxical escape.

I buy both. But reflex instant whey is my first choice every time, choc mint or banana.

Why? Gets 5/5 for everything for me. Mixability, taste, how it goes down, quality.

Bulkpowders has all of that too but i feel the flavour slightly bland, i say this as i drink a bulkpowders shake btw lol.

Dont overthink it, they are all good- majority of brands are.

I use unflavored wpi and buy in 5kg bags, higher protein than the flavored varieties and no sweeteners, colours etc so better for your health.

You can also get blends and other kinds unflavored too if you look, take them for what they are-to supplement your diet and not for taste and that.  If you're like me and use between 3-4 double sccop shakes a day you'll have less of a build up of the nasties in the flavoured kind.

If you're not too keen on the taste you can just add a squeeze of honey at least thats a natural sweetener.

Myprotein impact whey or bulkpowders whey are the cheapest from my suggestions

there are other bulk suppliers as well- ironscience, oneon, bulksupplements direct off the top of my head, and bodybuildingwarehouse have their own brand whey as well.

WPI= Whey protein isolate, you can get it from a number of suppliers at a good price bulk powders, iron science etc.

Its a good high value protein, you can slow it down by mixing it with milk or having a tablespoon of peanut butter with it, add oats for carbs its versatile and 5kg will last me best part of a month @ 3-4 double scoop shakes a day.

Can't go wrong with this one: http://www.ironscience.co.uk/proteinpowder/wheyproteinconcentrate.html

or this one if you want a slightly higher protein/lower fat/lower lactose content:

Not seen the above before, how long have you been using this for and why do you reccommend it.

I've used the isolate. Great product (it's a CFM isolate) and price!

If you like flavoured proteins I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bodybuilding warehouse's premium whey.  At £45 for 4.4kg it's a pretty good deal imo.

Currently going through a tub of the choc-orange flavoured one and it tastes just like Terry's finest.  Choc-cookie and banoffee are also pretty good, although I would stay away from cherry as I found that tasted like calpol...eugh!

Some sound advice in this thread, just go for one that is as low in carbs and fat as possible, ideally uses whey isolate as the primary ingredient and you enjoy drinking :)
