Bookerman speydream Bookerman The natural route for any wrestler of any pedigree was to WWE until recently. Do you have any idea how much a top WWE guy made just 5 years ago compared to a top UFC fighter? Millions of a difference. What does salary have to do with anything? Fact is he choose a different career path, left the wwe after 5 or 6 years and within 4 professional fights was champion of the world and he lost his second professional fight. I would love to see a amateur pro boxing champion, choose a different career path and after 5 or 6 years return to boxing and lets just say, they got a world title fight after 4 fights, they would be absolutley destroyed in every single way. Agreed they could never do it, a boxer obviously has to remain active and fight the top competition repeatedly with no break in between. George foreman came back after a large break, then fought countless professional fights against pretty poor competition before he got the chance at a title with evander holyfield, which he lost, he then lost again a few years later for a vacant title, then won his titles against michael moorer who took foreman very lightly, he used foreman as a tune up fight to make good money with little prospect of a loss but got knocked the **** out. When foreman returned to boxing, he fought over 20 professional fights before he got a title shot.

How anyone can argue that blacks have not dominated boxing I don't know. Of all time, sugar ray robinson is the greatest boxer that ever lived. I recent times, the most talented boxer imo is sugray raay leonard. Now I have to think of a boxer compareable to sugar ray leonard, someone who has dominated the sport, showed immense skill that other boxers have no possessed, I can think of two that stand out in my mind. Roy jones jr and floyd mayweather jr. For the mayweather haters and most of those who have barley watched any of his fights, heres one you will enjoy. Mayweather breaking his hand it round 6, fighting on to the finish and winning a unaminious decision.

MMA is only for beer drinkers, and the millions of corrupt boxing organisations which stop us seeing the fights we want are a good thing, we wouldn't want to see a top ranked heavyweight actually get a shot at the title after all would we! And those damn white men, always creating new stuff, what's their problem? Gaymoney is always spot on with his comments, it's why he's so widely liked in and outside his own profession

Aside from mayweather vs pacquiao, what fights have the corrupt boxing organisations stopped us from seeing?

Sorry I haven't the inclination to get serious about this comical subject. But google's your friend if that's a genuine question. Anyone who follows boxing knows how manipulated the fights we get to see are If you want an example plucked from the air then Haye vs V Klitschko is probably one most would like to see ATM. But that's as serious as I'm getting I'm afraid. FMJ is just talking bollocks as usual, and the thread deserves little more than that in return

Very funny thread. FMM is just getting us all talking...it clearly worked :) Speydream: I am interested to know, have you ever sparred in a boxing ring? and have you ever sparred in an the 'MMA' stlye ? Its such a silly subject. FMM would be eated alive in the ring with a pro MMa fighter of same weight just as the same pro MMA fighter would be eaten alive in a boxing ring with FMM. We are still talking about it though... lol well done FMM :) tbip2001
