I will be at the show 27th, competing hopefully,

and i will be staying overnight, as i live in Redditch, so if anyone knows any cheap hotels near the venue then that would be good

no 1st time on stage for bodybuilding anyway, sure i played a star or some crap at school for nativity play, but never been up on stage in my pants before

im about 90kg now give or take, so wil will be aiming for U80kg, at Bedford 27th June UKBFF show, you?

Well good luck with the show and you will love it,and the pig out food after th show is a dream for me.

I am still growing for an Oct or Nov show this year ,not 100% sure yet, its all down to how much lean mass i can put on ,to which show i do.

Luke - an idea sparked by this thread mate: maybe we should do a short list of 4-5 hotels nearby?

Good idea. Park INN and Swan hotel are 100yards away, but may be pricey. Will look into this and get hotels/prices.

Tanning can be done 9am onwards on the 27th at gym.
