I would not say the twist was outragious, I did see it coming much to my partners groan when I said it

although I did not expect the final scene. I still expected him to be a bit unstable, which is why I enjoyed it, so a double twist maybe?

A little known film I saw a few years ago that I really enjoyed and has stuck in my mind was 'Frailty'.

I've not heard of this, so I've taken a look and added it to my watch list - thank you, everything else in this list I have seen.
