Do they think you may turn into this:

How are you finding the ECA?

      Ha ha - nice one

ECA is good, really gives you a buzz. Getting good at controlling dosages and ratios of the E, C and A depending on workout, tiredness etc.

Basically meaning I can train hard, but don't tire after a few sets. Can completely exhaust muscles throughout.

Only bad point is I leave gym full of energy and feel I could go again, plus loss of appetite (annoying when I need to eat a big PPWO meal - have to force it down

      Good stuff though!

        CRUNCH !!!

Oh dear, on my smith squats, my back wasn't quite straight, crunch, the top 4-5 vertabrae (spelling) on my back went out, at the top. Whether they're in I dunno. But with 190kg on my shoulders it hurts now . Getting better. If it isn't OK by tomorrow I'm going straight to the osteopath to get them put back in. NOT IMPRESSED.

From now on I'm gonna drop the weight and squat deeper, even if it means my ass hits the floor, I'm gonna be super careful. I'm taking this as a warning.

        Legs

one legged leg press 3x6 (8@100kg, 10@109kg, 8@118kg, 4@127kg - started low to get used to one leg, felt good, very hard work)
squats 3x6 (6@190 - back crunched at start - will leave I think)
calves 3x10 (10,10,9@130kg, but very slow due to my back)
ham curls 3x8 (6,6,6@150lbs - dunno if these are doing much, leg press and squats seem to tire them out, may omit in future)

Back + Biceps - now with back and wrist injury

shrugs 3x10 (10,10,6@120kg, being careful due to back, hurts a little)

        Abs

        Crunches on bosu (100,50@30kg)

A good session, apart from back, hurts now, not impresed, will get sorted ASAP (tomorrow) and gonna go super careful from now on, my back is not something to f**k around with!

Just been to oesteopath. Paid him £32 for massaging me in a way that hurt like f**k!

"This is going to hurt a little" - Too damn right it hurt, apparently I'm tense.

Anyway, because of my previous long distance cycle I've lost a lot of muscle ... and 'cos of my wrist injury, probably uneven. So I did have the support on one side of my neck. So the muscles/tendons gave out and put weight on spine, hence crunch. Probably not out of joint, but he worked them in and out (like cracking knuckles) to be sure. Apparently the muscles between my top 3 ribs (at the back) on one side were in spasm, and so compressed, and so made my spine curled, hence cracking and lack of flexibility. So he massaged that and most muscles in my neck, which hurt, clicked me back, gave me some stretches, and said it's OK.

If it's muscle, and it most probably is, because of my musclar back and the fact that I train, should be better in no time.
If it's tendon/cartilidge (hence clicking sound when I push it), it will take a bit longer, week or so
If it doesn' get better, it would be a fractured vertabrae, but unlikely.

Basically, take Ibuprofen, use deep heat, move it as much as I can, massage and use neck stretches if possible, and take all exercise that put weight on spine easy. This is OKay as Wed is chest/triceps/shoulders, but 'cos of wrist injury I've got a different routine, which doesn' use my neck anyway (except shoulder press/mil press which I'll omit), and on Friday the omnly thing that will be iffy will be deads (which I can miss as puttng 175kg on my spine may be dodgy) and shrugs, which I did yesterday.

So hopefully it'll be better soon

Lucky boy! Think I'll drop weight, and squat 'til my ass touches the floor from now on! Warning I think!

What's funny - is that all I can think is "will this stop me training?"

The answer is "no", so I'm happy!

Neck still clicks when I push it, still locks up occasionally, and still hurts, but far better than yesterday

WELL looking forward to training tomorrow, wish it was 5pm on a Wednesday already. Ohhhhh I love the gym, and despite still being weak from cycling, despite a torn tendon in my wrist, and despite a f**ked neck, I'm gonna get some good lifts tomorrow - lift til I puke

Looking to next cycle even more. Been speaking to a (non training) mate, he's been asking, saying what I'm going to do. Expecting good things from test/deca/dbol, VERY good things. Course will span xmas and new year, and PCT will span my birthday, but I can hold off booze/drugs for that, maybe a small tipple, but nothing silly - easy. Besides, I should be a doorman by then (passed test and SIA badge been applied for), so will have to work new years eve and xmas eve anyway.

A lot of good gymming to look forward to.

Right, necking some Ibuprofen for anti-inflamatory, plus a protein shake, and off to bed

              ECA 60/600/150

Chest, Triceps + Shoulders - With neck and wrist injury

              chest flye m/c 4x6 (6,6,6,3@71kg)
              chest press m/c alt grip 4x6 (5@175lbs, 4@165lbs, 4@155lbs, 7@145lbs - neck clicking)
              weighted dips 4x6-8 (5@25kg, 7,7,7@20kg)
              rope pull down 6x6 (8,9,6,6,5,5@60)

Bit of a different session, have to keep reps high and avoid anything that twists spine, Be good to get a proper strength (high weight) routine back again.

Absolutely knackered, could only manage about 20 press ups at end.

Neck and wrist both improving, cummon. Feel good about my body, was well pumped after workout

              Next Cycle

Is underway, sharps ordered - cummon!

Back + Biceps - with wrist + neck injury

wide grip pull ups 3x6 (6,6,6@12.5kg - like these better than narrow grip)
                    dead lifts 3x6 (8@140kg, 6,6@140kg - great since I haven't done for 1 month)
supline rows 3x8 (10,10,11@BW good technique, will weight next time)
db curls on inc bench 3x6-8 (6,5,5,4@20kg - slow, controlled, with squeeze)
                    shrugs (leave for monday)
shoulders (as can't do mil press, side: 10@7.5kg, 6,7@10kg, front: 5@10kg on wall, 10@7.5kg on wall)

Feel great about myself, nearly a proper routine again, well into it.

                    Night on the tiles

Went out filled with confidence, had a few drinks (Friday night), and managed to pull all weekend. Got laid four times (by one girl), groped and snogged by another, and chatted up by a third (gonna get her number when I see her), plus turned down two more. With nights like this, I'm soooo glad I look like I do. Got loads of comments about my size too. Sweet

                      Legs

Another superb session, ECA 30/300/150 dropped weights on squats and dropping really deep to hit hams more and to stop back hurting. Much nicer, apart from instead of feeling really hard, it just made me out of breath, perhaps the ECA, but I couldn't get enough oxygen. Next week I'll do slightly heavier but still drop right down.

one legged leg press 3x6 (6,5,5@127kg - very hard work in hams as well as quads)
v low smith squats 3x6 (6,6,12,12@130 - better on back, out of breath perhaps 'cos of eca)
calves 3x10 (10,10,1@130kg - slow and great burn, up weight next week)
                      ham curls 3x8 (8,8,6@150lbs - up)

                      Also added traps ...

                      bb shrugs 3x10 (10,10,15@120kg nice)

                      Abs

250 situps on bosu with 30kg on chest - in one go

All in all VERY VERY good session, so much energy it was unbelievable. ECA did absolute wonders, as did good diet, and lots of sleep. My training partner had only a little ECA and dropped out much earlier than me.

ECA rocks - anyone tempted, go for it! Superb stuff!

                      Superb session

                      Top of the World

I now LOVE how I look again. My legs are huge, more comments, love my chest, back, low BF. All going great. Injuries clearing up - enjoying gymming so much I'm tempted to get a 5 day split soon. Probably wait for a while, want to ensure my injuries are totally healed and I'm fighting fit and in a solid routine again before I start my next cycle.

Can't help keep feeling and looking my muscles. I LOVE this stuff, imagine how good I'll feel when on gear

                      Next Cycle

Pins, barrels, swabs all at home. My mate will have the cash mid-november, so will send for our next cycle then. 10 weeks of a hard bulk, my god will this be fun!

Looks like my post-holiday depression has gone then. Oh yeah

Definately - if you, or anyone else infact, is near Salisbury, gimme an email. Never met an MT member ...

Doorman will be easy mate, we're on biggest busiest pub, but, as a barman, have done all the kicking out (sorry "evicting") etc anyway. Really looking forward to it, just wish the SIA would hurry up with my badge

                                ECA 60/600/150

My neck is pretty much better now, didn't aler my workout at all. My wrist is better, but still tender on some movements and skulls still hurt like hell, even with a 10kg EZ bar!

So swapped skulls with rope pull down.

As I still don't fancy doing military press in fear of making injury worse, I do the sholder press m/c first, then, at the end of my routine, side and front raises setting on a bench/back against a wall, so I can't cheat. Other than that, routine was as normal, and now I'm virtually injury free I can push it again, I think within 2 weeks I'll have my strength back to pre-Peru. That's the plan anyway

Chest, Triceps + Shoulders - With wrist injury

                                cable x 3x6-8 (8,10@plate 6, 5@plate 7 - very good, wrist ok)
low inc db press 3x6 (5,5,7@35kg - wrist tender, but nearly back to what i was)
weighted dips 4x6-8 (8,10@25kg, 7@30kg - be back up to 35kg soon, def start on 30kg next week)
shoulder press m/c 3x6 (7,5,4@115lbs - wrist bit tender but pushed really hard)
rope pull down 3x6 (6,6,6@35kg - wrist ok, hard work)
alt side/front db raise 3x8 (8,8,6,8@10kg - need alt grip, but hard work and knackered by now)

Very good routine, dunno if I need front/side raises, but other than that all went well and injury didn't seem to hold me back. Now I can apply full pressure/effort with high weight I'll be back to normal very quickly.

                                Feeling Great

I cannot believe how good I feel about my body, eating more, not putting on fat. Still at only 87kg though. Nearly back to what I was before my cycling holiday in Peru, and feeling thebest ever. Looking in the mirror I see good things, and get good comments from other people virtually everytime I go out.

I couldn't feel better about myself and look forward to the gym. Infact, yesterday, in the gym shower, I felt a bit sad because I wouldn't be gymming for 48 hours

                                Diet

Still trying to eat more, but going from 2200 to 4000 kcal is hard, I'm never hungry. I have double/triple protein shakes etc. I'm also trying to eat more fat, so have lots of fish/nuts and eating carbs more often. I always thought that cutting was hard due to hunger and calories, and bulking easy ... but eating lots is soooooo hard.

                                Gear

My training partner will have the money for his (identical) course mid Nov, so we'll order then, and be on the gear before Dec.

The cycle again will be a nice classic bulker:

                                1-10: test e - 500mg/wk
                                1-9: deca - 400mg/wk
                                1-4: dbol - 30mg/day

Cheap, cheerful and hopefully very successful.

Some people on this forum have gained 14 and even 21 lbs lean mass on this cycle ... as I gained 11lbs on my cut, I'm expecting great things from this.

Gonna eat, sleep and train as hard as I can

                                So excited

Although I still have a wrist injury, it doesn't seem to effect my Friday workout, so not an issue.

Now up to 88kg and feeling the best ever, let's hope this carries on!

                                  Back + Biceps

wide grip pull ups 3x6 (6,5,5@15kg - nice)
                                  dead lifts 3x6 (6,8,8@150kg - nice)
                                  supline rows 3x8 (7,8,7@10kg - nice)
db curls on inc bench 4x6-8 (6,6,6,5@20kg - nice, great pump)
shrugs 3x10 (10,8,7@130kg, failing grip, next week more weight and less reps)

All in all a SUPERB session, felt fantastic and did some great lifts. Injury not really effecting me either. REALLY happy with what I have done.

                                  ECA

Took 60/600/300 and think it was too much, felt a little sick and too wired, plus loss of appetite meaning I had to force food down, think next week I'll try 30/400/150 instead!

                                  Night out - AGAIN

Two Fridays in a row I've been out drinking, this has GOT to stop. Basically a free bar and my little brother's birthday meant I had a few, which turned into a lot. Not hungover, and maaged to have a good diet and lots of fluids the day after ... and managed to pull again, but all in all, I AM NOT going back to drinking every week.

Gotta get off of the booze completely before my cycle in 3 weeks, so maybe one more night out and that's it.

Don't wanna do this to myself, stupid.

                                  Cycling

Also saw some great footpaths etc, gotta get out on my bike again, maybe for a bit of CV during my cycle.

                                    Forcing Food Down

Trying to bulk as much as I can naturally before my cycle, but upping calories is hard. I'm never hungry and eating is hard work. Find myself drinking protein shakes so I can get more calories without eating bad.

During my cut I would have done anything to feel full, down I just keeping about eating, such a bore!

ECA 30/200/150 plus 200g of caffiene approx in sugar free red bull. Not as much energy, but not wired either, AND could eat after gym, so will stick at this for week or so.

No training partner today, which isn't nice. Felt like I did sh1t, but still beat last week, so can't be that bad I suppose!

                                      legs + abs

one legged leg press 3x6 (6,6@127.5kg, 5@129.8kg - why is right leg failing first?)
low smith squats 3x6 (6@130kg, 8@140kg, 8@150kg - put of breath again, nice and hard though)
                                      smith calf raises 3x10 (10,8,9@135kg)
ham curls (8,8,7@150lbs - hot bird on machine next to me, not relevant, thought I's share)
                                      crunches on bosu (100,100,75 @ 30kg)
                                      leg raises (50)

                                      Changes in ab routine

Think I've strengthened abs past situps on bosu, so gonna try a range of situps using the cable machine to get super weight, chops on cable machine and leg raises to see which hurts most.

Also making Monday legs and abs day so that things are consistent weekly.

All in all, good rutine as weights went up, about to eat, chill and sleep!

Looking forward to Wednesday - loving how I look, confidence high, getting more EFAs in my body, 3 weeks till cycle, injuries almost healed, superb!

                                        Getting chubbier?

OKay, I know I'm not fat, but feel that. since I've been eating I've got bigger. Not just muscle either. I know it's all part of bulking but annoying.

                                        Bringing cycle sooner

The reason our cycle was being held off is due to my training partner's pay day. But we have a plan, put the cash on our card a week before, then we can start earlier. Not really in that much of a rush, but it means that we'd have finished our Dianabol, and therefore all orals would be out of our system by mid-December. This means, that if we decided to have a drink Christmas day, our livers wouldn't get as much of a pounding. Don't know whether I will drink yet, if I do it will just be Xmas/NYE, but nice to have the option for a few. I will be working NYE anyway. If a barman I'll drink, if a doorman I wont. So that's that one!

Looking forward to it, and gonna gym so hard tonight.
